    How to register a User Account? 

    • Click on My Account – Register Option
    • In Your Personal Details area, enter your details in the relevant fields.
    • In Your Address Details area, enter your address details
    • In Your Contact Information area, enter your contact number
    • In the Options area, check the Newsletter  checkbox, to receive the newsletters by email.
    • In Your Password area, define a password and confirm it.
    • Click Register.

           Note: The user account registration will help us to speed-up the ordering Process.

                     Also it allows us to keep you informed about your orders and refund process through email. 

    How to place an order? 

    • Search an item of your choice using Search Store option at home page of https://www.ShoppyZip.com 
    • Once you found your favourite item, take extra step to check the Fabric, Material, Color, Size and other details if provided. 
    • Check the Shipping Cost (or Free Shipping), Delivery time and Cash On Delivery (COD) options. 
    • Once all verified and proceed to Checkout and fill-in below required details. 
      • BILLING ADDRESS
      • SHIPPING ADDRESS
      • SHIPPING METHOD
      • PAYMENT METHOD
      • PAYMENT INFORMATION

    Once all the details are entered, click on CONFIRM ORDER. 

    Now your Order is placed and you will now receive a confirmation mail and a SMS from Team ShoppyZip. 

    You can check Order history in ‘My Account’ in case you had logged into your account while placing the Order.

    How will I know if order is placed successfully? 

    When your order is confirmed:

    We will send you a message and e-mail with the details of your product. Be sure you go through that. 

    You can also check the order in the "My Accounts" tab. 

    I have placed my Order! What's next? 

    We will try to dispatch your order as soon as possible and will keep you informed at every step of the way. 

    You can also track your order through our website or app by visiting ‘My account’ section. 

    Please note: It sometimes takes upto 48 hours for the tracking to be updated after an order is placed. 

    How can I modify my order after having placed it? 

    Unfortunately, after you have placed an order, you won't be able to add or remove a product to/from your order. But you can place a new order for the desired products.  

    Once you have placed your order, you cannot change the delivery address. However, you may cancel your order and place a new one with the preferred address. 

    Please note: An order shall be delivered at a single address only. We do not accept requests for delivering at multiple locations in a single order. We request you to place separate orders for separate locations. 

    We try to deliver all your orders in the earliest time possible. However, if you want delivery at a later date, please coordinate with the courier person once he gets in touch with you. 

    How can I change my billing address? 

    You need to login into your ShoppyZip account, where you can change the address under my account section >> profile >> saved addresses >> billing address and also can update new information related to your profile.

    Cancellation And Returns:-

    At Shoppyzip.com, we believe that customer satisfaction is key; therefore we stand behind all products bought at our site. 
    If you receive a product which is not as per the specifications ordered by you i.e.

    • wrong size,
    • wrong color,
    • wrong quantity,
    • defective,
    • damaged, Or
    • Significantly different from the description given by the merchant

    You are completely protected. Shoppyzip offers a 11 day return guarantee for all such items. However, for some products, the sale is a final sale, and the merchant does not accept any return.

    We will also not be able to accept the return if product

    • Is used/worn or altered
    • Exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product
    • Is returned without original packaging and accessories
    • Serial Number is tampered.

    Return and Replacement Policy

    1. Items should be returned within 10 days of receiving the product. The return period of the product is mentioned along with the product description.
    2. After approval, pickup of the product is arranged through our courier partner.
    3. After the product is received, it is verified against your claim. Replacement or refund is initiated after that. Replacement would depend on the stock availability
    4. Exact time would depend on the nature of the product and your location.Please be assured that we work very hard to ensure that your interests are protected.
    5. Make sure that the merchandise has not been used/worn or altered/tampered with, as well as is accompanied by its original price tag and packing slip. On the box, do mention your order number. If your order is approved for pick-up, you will receive the packaging instructions and return address in a separate email from us.
    6. If we arrange the pick up of your product, you don't need to pay anything. If you are using a courier service to send your product back, you need to bear the courier cost
    7. After your order is picked from your place, within 24-48 hours, you will receive an email from us specifying the tracking details using which you can track the package on courier’s website.
    8. We initiate the replacement or refund within 2 working days of receiving the product at our center. For refunds it takes upto 2 weeks for the amount to get credited in your account after we have initiated the refund.
    9. The refund/replacement may get delayed or declined if the product received by us is not as per your claim or you have not written Shoppyzip order number on the package.

    Cancellation

    You can cancel an order until it has been processed. You have to call us at +91-97-89234521 or mail to us at orders@shoppyzip.com to cancel your order
    Any amount you paid will be credited back. See below.

    Shoppyzip.com reserves the right to cancel any orders that classify as 'Bulk Order' as determined by Shoppyzip.com as per certain criteria. Any Shoppyzip.com  Reward Point or Promo Code used for placing the 'Bulk Order' will not be refunded as per this cancellation policy. An order can be classified as 'Bulk Order' if it meets with the below mentioned criteria, which may not be exhaustive, viz:

    1. Products ordered are not for self-consumption but for commercial resale
    2. Multiple orders placed for same product at the same address
    3. Bulk quantity of the same product ordered
    4. Invalid address given in order details
    5. Any malpractice used to place the order

    Shipping Policy
